Goodbye, My First Love

Due to the swelling in his brain, Si Hyun is still in a coma. Tae Hee decides to postpone her flight to Germany and stays by his side at the hospital. Finally, Si Hyun regains consciousness, and Tae Hee leaves the country without seeing his face. Five years have passed, and Tae Hee now works as an architecture.
